After heading back to Seventh Heaven with Tifa during Chapter 3, she will ask Cloud what kind of drink would he like it to be. The player will not be given a wide array of choices, though, as there will only be two choices.

The short answer is no. As the only way to increase Tifa's affection is clearing side quests in Chapter 3 or speaking to her first in Chapter 10, this dialogue exists simply for flavor and has no bearing on the resolution scene in Chapter 14.
