Tifa has the potential to deal much more damage than the other characters. Her focus ability can be chained repeatedly.. Once an enemy is staggered she raises the damage% greatly for everyone. after hitting true strike x2 then rise and fall true strike omnistrike whirling uppercut the damage will be up to about 260%. Then chain whirling strike dive kick and it will hit for 9999 over and over. If an enemy is able to be stopped she can dish out an insane amount of damage.
Does Tifa deal more damage than Cloud? Or is she more of a support damager?
Honestly my favorite girl in the ff series. A strong woman who can handle herself well without losing her charm. THE B E S T

I love this character! I saw her from the movie advent children and now I want to play this game for her. I wonder if I'll get the same feels here in the game compare to when she's in the movie.
Loved her limits from the trailers. Wonder how much they paid for the stuntman and the martial artists that had to polish those moves.

So, I played an FF game which jumbled all FF characters and got her. And, now I'm really looking forward to this character in FF7 remake. Hope I get her. How can I acquire Tifa? Or will she automatically join my party?

From a sneak peak of the game, it shows that Tifa has access to several offensive moves so she'll likely be your main damage dealer after you stagger the opponent. I guess her weakness will be she won't have enough abilities to stagger enemies so she might have to rely on others for that.
I'm looking for info about Tifa's skills and such but then there's the comment section full of Tifa devotees.
