and when it's flying, change to Barret. Barret can inflict heavy damage. Then, switch back to your closed-range main when it gets close. I forgot to mention, you need to focus your attacks on its arms first.
It's the best way. Equip as many characters with Thunder. But first, you need to have the key cards before taking him head on. Thunder will stagger the boss.for a few seconds. Learn to avoid the mines, you won't have to worry about it's ultimate move. Or keep your health high, same with defense, so you can focus on inflicting the thunders.
Where can I find the ATB Boost Materia?
new here. the enemies and bosses are challenging, i'm liking the game so far. i'm looking around the wiki to learn the ropes on how to deal with specific enemies and bosses, help a lot.. and ohhh excited with the post game contents :)

when fighting airbuster, so it's a given to keep the thunders coming but.. does physical damage do anything to this type of enemy? or should I focus on raining it with thunder? Tried to avoid the Lightning Mines but i'm getting caught sometimes. Big Bomber is quite problematic.
i dunno.. i think we all wish for the ff7 remake to happen but didn't meet our expectations..
i would probably hold back buying it.. and wait for the other parts to get released.

do you recommend nailbait weapon for cloud, if i challenge the fat chocobo? this guy has insane HP, so yeah.. i'm looking for cloud's best weapon against this enemy.
so, it's not recommended? what materia do you suggest for barret and tifa then? thank you. and i've just tried and you're right. Should I just use barrier materia for high defense?

i honestly don't know what to think about part 2 going in a different direction. since part 1 has been changed, there's a high chance part 2 will follow through that change imo.
resistance and immunity, couldn't wish for more.
Its their loss for not playing a masterpiece not ours. Let them be happy.
Saying it like that kinda feels like "be happy with ur original and let them be happy with the remake" I kinda like both but yeah it is our problem.
Let him her play what he she wants. Doing it this way can also lower their expectations for the next entries . Its just going to get sad for us if they get happy with a game that can possibly have subpar plots but thats our problem not the newbies.
Then play the original. The way he did it in the original is priceless. The moment he found out what really happened on the nibblehiem incident, when he startes questioning his memories, finding out about zack, and other stuff. Or wait a few years for a not so sure chance wether they can do it this well or not.
aww, waiting for that. you get more attached to a character when he starts to open up, even just a little.

You're right. I'm just hoping it will, since the next part we'll get to meet more characters and explore outside of midgar. But who knows. :/
In the original game, he opens up A LOT more and becomes more emotionally available after they leave midgar. So maybe in part 2 and on, he wont be as emotionless as he is in part 1 of the remake.
Works wonders on some enemies, but others are resistant to physical dmg. Some are even completely immune. So keep a backup. :)
How? Its clearly going a separate route than the original so I highly doubt it.
Maybe part 2 will give you more satisfaction and nostalgia.
