 Break the ice sheet on the southwestern portion of the area.
Aescforda S2.png
 Move over to a small ice shelf on the eastern section. You'll be at the right place when you see a tree in the distance

 Look towards the center and form the runes together using the reflections on the water to complete the puzzle
