The Standing Stones are located in a circular island next to the river separating Hamtunscire and Glowecestrescire.

Devil's Quoits Solution

Devil
You will need to make use of a nearby boat to finish this puzzle. It can be a little tricky to position the boat properly; you will also have to try not to steer too far away as the puzzle cancels.

World View Instructions
Devil
 Look around and find a boat floating in the river next to the Standing Stones
Devil
 Move the boat behind the shortest slab of rock in the area
Devil
 Use Odin's Sight to align the rune on the slab of rock with that of the arch in the middle
