Amuro Ray, at this point in the Universal Century, was a member and ace pilot of Londo Bell. Amuro engaged remnants of the Titans, who were piloting the advanced Psycommu mobile suit, the Psycho Gundam Mk-IV G-Doors which ended with heavy damage to his Rick Dijeh.The battle resulted in significant damage being inflicted on the space colony of Moon Moon. This happened due to some parts of the Psycho Gundam Mk-IV G-Doors being lodged to the outer wall of the colony, causing massive environmental damage and its systems to fail. The G-Doors would eventually become attached to a headless Neo-Zeon Varguil, creating a combination of Earth Federation and Neo Zeon Psycommu tech known as the Moon Gundam.

The C0383 iteration of Amuro Ray is notably flexible due to his biggest buffs being dependent on the enemy having either Absolute Evade or Perfect Guard status. As a result, he can be used in a variety of mobile suits as long as he is used to counter those two statuses. However, it should be remembered that this version of Amuro Ray is still best used with his signature mobile suit.
