If you lost access to your Gundam UC Engage account, don't stress and follow these steps to effectively recover your account. Read on to learn what to do when you lose access to your account and how to recover it.
How to Recover an Account
Create Support Ticket
If you've lost access to your account due to forgetting your password, not linking your account, or whatever reason, the only way to get it back is to file a Support Ticket and follow the process the Bandai Namco support representative will walk you through.
To submit a ticket, go to the Gundam UCE FAQ of the official Bandai Namco website. At the bottom of the page, you'll find a button that leads you to their support request form. Alternatively, you could click on this link to automatically take you to the Support Request form.
Provide Account Details and Proof of Ownership
The form you'll need to fill out asks for your account details such as your username and Player ID, what titles you have displayed on your account, along with screenshots you may have. After that, you'll need to answer questions like which navigator you chose, which units you chose with your first UR selector tickets, which units you have already acquired, and other questions that validate your claims of account ownership.
The more questions you answer correctly and the more evidence of ownership you provide, the more likely you are to recover your account. Not having enough evidence to support your claim of ownership over an account may result in your inability to gain access to your account, unless you've linked it previously and have somehow managed to remember your password.
E-Receipts of Purchases Guarantee Recovery
If you happened to have purchased anything from the Gundam UCE store with real money such as Diamond packs or Haro Pass subscriptions, the chances of you getting back your account are boosted significantly, and might be handled faster too.
Show E-receipts through the player's Google Play/Apple App with their registered accounts logged in. These E-receipts essentially prove your ownership of the lost account and expedite the process of you getting it back.
One section of the form is dedicated to any purchases, and on top of providing the purchase details, you also have the option to attach screenshots of your receipts/purchases.
Account Loss Prevention Tips
Link Account As Soon As You Get The Reroll You Want
The best way to prevent issues like this is to link your account with any of the account linking options of the game. This should be done as early as you get the reroll you want, and if you haven't already done this, we highly suggest that you do this now.
Secure Login Details
Whichever linking method you choose, be sure to remember your login credentials. Your account link may be worthless if you forget your login details, so try to keep a copy of your details in your notes, screenshots, or wherever is both secure and accessible.
