Kamille Bidan Review

Kamille Bidan is an alright pilot in the sense that he's decent as a substitute pilot, but he isn't particularly great at it. On the other hand, he's great as a signature pilot, but he's not particularly a must-have if you have his signature Heartbeat Zeta.

Kamille's biggest buff comes from his stacking ranged sense buff on dealing damage, which maxes out at 150%. This buff is granted to AEUG-Affiliated mobile suits. His next strongest buff is granted to Transforming Units, and increases ranged sense by 69% when its EX skill is activated, which stacks twice for the entire match's duration, granting 138% ranged sense. Sadly, there aren't any top-tier units that fall under both unit category tags, with the strongest one being the Gundam Mk-II (AEUG) + Flying Armor (at the time of writing). Other units who fall under both unit category tags are lower-tiered units that have fallen out of the meta already.

As for his other buffs, he grants a 46% ranged sense buff to Newtype Machines, two 12% accuracy buffs granted to Gryps War and Protagonist Unit mobile suits, and two 12% evasion buffs granted to Yellow and Generic units. None of these particularly stand out, and aren't really worth specifically targeting for a pilot/MS pairing.

Overall, Kamille is a decent substitute pilot for a few Transforming Units who also fall under the AEUG-Affiliated unit category tag. He's great on his signature MS though, which we'll talk about in the section below.

Kamille's full power is displayed alongside his signature Zeta Gundam (Waverider), or Heartbeat Zeta as it's known in the UCE community. He increases the duo's ranged sense by over 300%, greatly increasing its damage output, while also bringing their total evasion and accuracy up to 94%, a very good amount that'll do well against regular attacks and regular evasion.
