This quest will become automatically start after the side quest Cabaret.

This quest will not be available after the player has started the quest The Isle of Mists.
Carnal Sins Walkthrough
| Objectives | |

| 1 | You can choose to go with the doctor to the sewer or meet him in at the sewer entrance next to the Kingfisher Inn. |
| 2 | Follow Joachim Von Gratz through the sewers. |
| 3 | You will encounter 4 Drowners and a Water Hag. Kill them. |
| 4 | Continue following Von Gratz. |
| 5 | When inside the mortuary, look for the dwarven woodcutter's body. His body is located in the room to the right after passing the metal grate door. |
| 6 | Inspect the body then insepct the body parts until the dialogue option to continue appears. |
| 7 | There will be 3 locations to investigate. They can be done in any order. This guide will order it based on distance, from nearest to farthest. |
| 8 | The corpse collector Eustace is nearby. Talk to him. You will need to either use Axii (delusion level 3) for 40 XP or bribe him with 200 Crowns for 20 XP. |
| 9 | Head to the place the woodcarver died marked on your map. Knock on the large wooden door. |
| 10 | Examine the area using your Witcher Senses. Points of interest to examine are the blood splatter on the ground and the drag marks next to it. Try opening to the workshop door after examining the two. |
| 11 | Examine the stain in the corner of the room., the bloodstain and the knocked over chair to finish investigating this area. |
| 12 | Go to the location where Priscilla was attacked. |
| 13 | Investigate the area using you Witcher Senses. Points of interest to examine are: ・The knocked over brazier ・Vines covered in formaldehyde ・Bloodstain ・Man's footprint After inspecting the area, 3 men will attack you. Beat them to continue. |
| 14 | Go back to the mortuary and talk to the coroner. |
| 15 | Head to the Vegelbud's residence located north of Oxenfurt. |
| 16 | Go back to the mortuary and talk to the coroner. |
| 17 | Talk to the guard outside the estate. |
| 18 | Follow Ingrid to her mother's room. |
| 19 | Chase the murderer. Fight the guards until a cutscene starts. |
| 20 | Go the Cippled Kate's to find Sweet Nettie. |
| 21 | Go upstairs to the top floor and enter Sweet Nettie's room. |
| 22 | You will have a timed dialogue choice. The first one will lead you to fight Nathaniel and killing him for 100 XP, Trackers trousers and Diagram: Ard Skellig aketon. If you choose any of the other 2, you can continue the conversation. Ask him more questions until you have 3 dialogue choices to choose from, [Almost convinced me.], [So who left the letter on Patricia's body?] and [Mind your manners. Or regret it.]. Choosing the first or the third one will lead you to fight and kill Nathaniel. The second dialogue choice will reveal the real killer is Hubert. If you did not kill Nathaniel, you can free Sweet Nettie with Axii (delusion level 3) or by killing Nathaniel, giving you the same rewards as killing him right away. |
| 23 | If you discovered that the real killer is Hubert from Nathaniel, go to the warehouse marked. If you killed Nathaniel before finding out it was Hubert all along, go back to the hospital to Dandelion and end the quest. |
| 24 | Fight Nathaniel in his Katakan form. Killing him will reward you with 500 XP, Diagram: Assassin's boots, and a Lesser Svarog runestone. |
| 25 | Go back to Dandelion at the hospital. |
Carnal Sins Tips and Strategies
Maximum Reward Choices
When confronting Nathaniel, do not kill him and find out that it was Hubert. After finding out Nathaniel is not the killer, instead of using Axii to stop him from hurting Sweet Nettie, choose to fight and kill him. Combining the reward for killing Nathaniel then Hubert will net you the most loot for this quest.
