Does Dialogue Matter?

Importance of Dialogue

Dialogue-min.jpg
Dialogue on Witcher 3 is plays an important role in the game, as your choices of dialogue impact how the story will play out and what will your next quest be, how many enemies you have to fight, the amount of money you receive in quests, and sometimes even whether or not you receive an item reward after finishing a quest.

You will have to choose a dialogue in almost every quest, so it is very important that you think carefuly before choosing your response in order to progress in the game. The Witcher 3 is heavily driven by story, and the actions you make have an outcome on the NPCs around you.

Axii and Giving Money

Dialogue Axii and Money-min.jpg
Also keep in mind that some dialogues uses Axii or require you to give money, Axii dialogues cannot be selected if you have not upgraded the skill Delusion. Most of the time, choosing to give Money or selecting the Axii response will almost always provide the most convenient situation (having to fight fewer enemies, increased reward and items received, etc.).

Just upgrading Delusion is enough. And Axii isn't needed for any of the endings. You just gotta make the right choices for the ending. In actually dialogue doesnt actually matter. It's just good design from CDPR to make it seem like it matters. Only a few cases do matter.

Is axii worth upgrading if i dont use it in combat? Are there any dialogue choices that need axii to get a good ending
