How to Unlock A Favor for a Friend
This quest will unlock after completing the side quest A Towerful of Mice.
Is A Favor for a Friend Missable or Failable?
This quest will fail after the player starts the main quest The Isle of Mists. It can also fail during the quest if you do not agree to have dinner with Keira.

A Favor for a Friend Walkthrough
| Objectives | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Travel to the marked area in Hangman's Alley. There will be a number of Drowners and a Water Hag in the area. |
| 2 | Use your Witcher Sense on the road next to the signpost. You will see wagon tracks. Follow the trail. |
| 3 | Once you reach the abandoned wagon, you will find the ingredients in a chest right under it. Loot it for Keira's package and 25 XP. |
| 4 | Return to Keira with the ingredients. Agree to wait for the quest to continue. Then agree to have dinner with her. Declining to join her for dinner will fail the quest. |
| 5 | Race Keira. If you win the race you will receive 50 XP. |
| 6 | You can decide to have sex with Keira or not. If you do not, the quest will end here and you will receive 80 XP. |
| 7 | If you agree to have sex with Keria, you will need to use your Witcher Senses to follow a scent trail, then a trail of clothes. Receive 80 XP upon waking up. |

This quest is part of Keira's questline and is required to unlock the side quest For the Advancement of Learning. This quest will let you decide Keira's fate.
