This is a list of all swords and crossbows found in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. All Common, and Relic weapons, including and Crafted Steel and Silver Swords as well as their basic stats can be found in the list below.

What is the Difference Between Steel and Silver Swords?

In the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, you will primarily use two types of weapons in combat: Steel Swords and Silver Swords. Steel Swords are more effective on humans and humanoid beings, as well as beasts such as wolves or bears. Silver Swords on the other hand are used for fighting with monsters and undead creatures.

Although it is possible to use a Steel Sword on monsters, or a Silver Sword on humans, the damage output will be incredibly small and so it is recommended you always use the appropriate type. Luckily, the game will automatically draw the correct sword for you each time danger presents itself (this feature can be turned off via settings). Additionally, you can draw/sheathe your Steel Sword via the left direction on the D-Pad, and a Silver Sword via the right button on your D-Pad.
