Receive from Vault Keeper in Mushroom Kingdom
During the Shyster Invasion in Mushroom Kingdom, talk to the Vault Keeper Toad to receive the accessory.
Purchase from Rose Town or Seaside Town for 42 Coins
The Wake Up Pin can also be obtained by purchasing it for 42 coins from the Item Shop in Rose Town and Seaside Town shop.
