Frog Sage, previously known as Frogfucius in the original game, is an elder frog who lives at Tadpole Pond in Super Mario RPG Remake. Find out what to do after Marrymore, the locations of Frog Sage's snacks to cheer him up, and the rewards you can get from feeding him!
To get the Cricket Pie, you need to have obtained the Rare Frog Coin first, which is dropped by Croco after defeating him the first time.
Go to the Mushroom Kingdom Shop and use the Rare Frog Coin to get the Cricket Pie.
Cricket Pie - Effects and How to Get
Giving the Cricket Pie and receiving the Froggie Stick from Frog Sage is required to progress the main story.
If you do not have the Cricket Pie, Frog Sage will ask for a snack and you will not be able to progress any further.
The Cricket Jam is in a secret chest in Kero Sewers, in an area that can only be reached via Warp Pipe. The other end of the pipe is in a cave by the Sky Bridge in Land's End.

Once you give the Cricket Pie to Frog Sage at Tadpole Pond, he will gift Mario and his friends the Froggie Stick, a staff used by Frog Sage when he was young which now can be wielded by his adoptive grandson, Mallow!
