Land's End becomes accessible after defeating Speardovich in Chapter 5.

The Paratroopa Cliff Scale minigame can be found at the very of Land's End, where a large cliff can be found. At the top of this cliff is Sergeant Flutter and the entrance to Bean Valley.

Once you're in Land's End, follow the road that leads to the Desert area of the map. The desert is found at the end of the Sky Bridge.

Go Through the Desert to Reach Monstro Town

Super Mario RPG Remake - Monstro Town

Once you're in the desert, enter the sand vortex with Shoguns 4 times to reach an underground area that leads to Belome Temple. You'll have to defeat Belome again in order to gain access to Monstro Town.

Go through the first door you see on the right and talk to Monstermama. She'll ask for help from Sergeant Flutter to assist you in scaling the cliff.

Go back to the desert and enter the sand vortex with the Shogun 3x until you reach the area shown in the image above. You'll reach the cliff if you enter the path in the upper right.

Rewards for the Paratroopa Cliff Scale minigame will differ depending on the finish time. The one-time reward Troopa Medal will only be given once the minigame has been completed under 11 seconds.

Based on some tests, our team managed to scale the cliff in 08.79 seconds and got 5 Frog Coins. They also scaled it in 10.13 during their second attempt and got a frog coin. This suggests that you can get 1 frog coin if you complete it in under 11 seconds, and 5 frog coins when you complete the cliff scale in under 10 seconds.

If you finish the minigame beyond 11 seconds, nothing will be rewarded. Practice on scaling the cliff as much as you can for the extra Frog Coins!

Gold Medal in the Play Report (Under 11 Seconds)

Completing the minigame under 11 seconds gives you a Gold Medal next to the name of the minigame in the Play Report screen. You can unlock the Play Report screen after completing the main story.

Super Mario RPG Remake - Watch Where You Jump

When jumping from the second to the third shell or from the fourth to the fifth shell, be cautious of the shell above you, as it can block your jumps and cause you to fail.

Wait until you're free of any obstacles before jumping towards the next shell.

Press Y to Jump While Sprinting

You can jump further by pressing Y to jump while sprinting. This can shorten the time it takes for you to reach the top.

Use the Up and Right D-Pad

Using the Up and Right D-Pad may improve how you control Mario in this minigame. It's recommended to use the D-Pad as controls to lessen mistakes.

Above is the optimal path for reaching the top of the cliff. On some points, wait for the Paratroopa to move near another Paratroopa before making the jump.

Reach the Top with Paratroopas

The goal of this minigame is to reach Sergeant Flutter at the top in the shortest record time possible. The minigame timer will start as soon as you reach the first Paratroopa near the base of the cliff, and is signified with a ticking sound.

There are a total of 8 Paratroopas to jump on. Jump on each Paratroopa as quickly as you can until you make it to the top.

At the end of the minigame, Sergeant Flutter will report on your elapsed time and will give you rewards based on that result.

The rewards of the minigame depend on under what amount of time the minigame is completed. The Troopa Medal, an acccessory that adds 50% more damage and increases, and Frog Coins are the most valuable rewards.

Frog Coins are used for buying rare items at the Frog Coin Emporium and rare equipment at the Frog Coin shop.
