Frog Sage' Suite #18 is the first song that can be unlocked. Mario can play the notes for Toadofsky after meeting Frog Sage at Melody Bay.

The notes for Frog Sage' Suite #18 are So La Mi Re Do Re Do Re and completing this minigame will give you the first card, the Alto Card.
