Where to Get Marie's Doll
Obtained by Fulfilling Certain Steps in the Final Puzzle Solution
Marie's Doll can only be obtained after you fulfill certain conditions during the process of solving the Final Puzzle. Meet the following conditions to get Marie's Doll to spawn in at the Control and Testing room of the Care Center's secret underground facility:
- Wait for 15 minutes in the Processing room of the Care Center Basement. You'll need to do this since the pool will need a sufficient amount of bodies before you can trigger the next part of the puzzle.
- Next, kill all zombies during the Grinder holdout sequence in the same room. Make sure Grace doesn't kill them. It has to be the grinder that kills the zombies. No zombie should be left standing by the end.
- Flush the toilet in the Care Center Restroom 1F for a total of 8 times.
Once all 3 conditions are met, progress through the Care Center Courtyard Facility until you reach the Control and Testing room. Next to the foot of the stairs, Marie's Doll should appear for you to pick up and store.

Marie's Doll is a key item used in solving the Final Puzzle challenge. Bring it into a new game save then use it while carrying Emily to input an alternate Sun Puzzle code that completes the Final Puzzle challenge.

Anonymous 4 daysShould be amended, I left 1 zombie alive with the grinder and still got the doll... As in once the grinder event ended one was still standing, but I left it alone under the assumption I shouldn't kill any zombie from that event, followed everything else and still got the doll.

Thanks for the comment! Interesting. We also tested another run and made sure to leave only exactly 1 zombie in the grinder, and that led to the doll not appearing for us. We can continue testing, but we still recommend letting all zombies die just to be safe. :)
