Where to Get the Double Helix Model

Inside the Wine Bottle in the VIP Suite.

To get the Double Helix Model, you need to inspect the wine glass bottle beside the display case filled with saws. Rotate the bottle until the label is correctly aligned then select open to reveal the Double Helix Model.

How to Use the Double Helix Model

Activates the Elevator to the Underground Facility

Double Helix Model Overworld Location

After solving the puzzle and getting the model, approach the pedestal in front of the office table and insert the Double Helix Model into it to activate the elevator. This will take you to the Underground Facility in the Care Center Courtyard. Take note that once you take the elevator down this will be a point of no return. Any incomplete activities in the Care Center will be done.
