On the Office Table in the VIP Suite

You can find the Hourglass on the office table in the VIP Suite. This is the building that you enter after finding the helicopter.

How to Use the Hourglass

Speculated to be Part of the Solution For the Final Puzzle

Hourglass Overworld Location

Currently the Hourglass has no known function, but it is speculated that it is part of the solution for the Final Puzzle. To find the code tilt the hourglass to move the sand to the otherside, you will see a code etched onto lid of the hourglass. You will see a check mark on the item after this. To store the hourglass, turn it to the side until the the prompt to unscrew it appears. Remove both screws and you should be able to store it in your inventory.
