How to Use the Blood Collector
Collect Infected Blood
Collect infected blood from enemies or from blood stored in various containers across different locations on the map. Infected Blood is used to craft different things like recovery items and ammunitions.
How to Increase the Blood Collector's Max Capacity
Get the Override Manual From the Coin Cabinet in the Parlor Room
You can obtain the Override Manual from the Coin Cabinet by spending 6 Antique Coins. Using this item will increase your maximum capacity by 50. Letting you collect a total of 150 infected blood.
Get the Matsuoka Master Manual After Completing the Game
After completing the game, you can unlock the Matsuoka Master Manual from the Special Contents menu for 1000 CP. This will increase your maximum capacity by 50. This will automatically take effect on your next playthrough of the game.
The Matsuoka Master Manual won't be available on your first run since this special content will be locked.
Benefits of Increasing the Max Capacity
Craft Stat Boosting Items for Grace
Increasing your max capacity will let you craft stat boosting items for Grace, like Steroids and Stabilizers. Your initial maximum will only be at 100, but crafting stat items requires over 100 infected blood.
Being able to use these items is highly beneficial since this is the only way you can improve Grace's stats in the game.
Craft More Items Without Running Around
Increasing your max capacity will also let you craft more items at a time. A majority of items in the game, like ammunition and Hemolytic Injector, require a good amount of Infected Blood to craft. Having a larger capacity will let you craft more for less effort.
This also saves you time from running around and collecting blood, and possibly encountering enemies on the way.
