Use the Wave ability to move the two blocks.

Climb down the ladder and use the Wave ability on the wall with the purple symbol to change the purple path.

Cross the purple bridge to reach the pink block. Move the pink block down to the on the lower floor.

Re-entering the Terra Flora Secret Zone will allow you to earn a unique weapon if you complete the challenge within the time limit. Although you can retry any Secret Zone as many times as you like, you will only receive Weapon Skins for the second attempt. Any attempt after the second will only reward you with coins.

Complete Uncork the Volcano and Purchase the Efflorescent Key

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope - Complete Uncork the Volcano and Purchase the Efflorescent Key

The Terra Flora Secret Zone side quest appears on the map once you complete the Uncork the Volcano main story quest.

However, you need to purchase the Efflorescent Key from Salesbot 9.99+TX for 12 Planet Coins to unlock the door to the Secret Zone.
