These voice actors were listed in the endgame credits of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, but the characters they have voiced were not indicated.
Heroes are fully voiced during battles and certain cutscenes. It should be noted that the Rabbids Heroes, who originally spoke gibberish in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, are now fully voiced as well.
All New and Returning Features
Only Beep-O and Jeanie have full voiced dialogue during a team conversation. The heroes make voice snippets, but has no full voiced dialogue, however the full sentence can be seen in a text box.
Only your lead character can make sounds upon interacting with objects in the overworld. The NPCs doesn't have any full voiced dialogue as well as they only provide upon interactions are text box only experiences.
