| Steps to proceed through The Quest for Courage Quest Location | |

| 1 |  Start from the Depths of Mt. Spout Flag fast travel point inside Mt. Spout. |
| 2 |  Climb up the ladder and head across the tree root bridge. |
| 3 |  Follow the trail of coins and head to the bridge on the right to find the Darkmess Thorn, the Rabbid quest giver, and the Spark. |
Quest Walkthrough
| Steps to proceed through The Quest for Courage | |

| 1 |  Use the Wave ability repeatedly to remove the Darkmess Thorn. |
| 2 |  Exit the cave and head to the left side. Use the Wave ability repeatedly to create a tree root bridge leading to the next area. |
| 3 |  Interact with the Darkmess Puddle to start the battle quest, Darkmess in the Cauldron. |
| 4 |  After the battle, solve the potion puzzle to complete the side quest. Check the next section below to see the complete puzzle solution. |

| 1 |  Pick up the orbs near the cauldron and throw it towards the enemies near the area. Check the enemy's weakness via Tacticam before throwing the orbs. Note: You can use an Immunity Charm to prevent your Heroes from getting hit by the Oozer's disable technique. |
| 2 |  Enter the white pipe and take out the enemies on the high ground. Use the jumping pads to navigate to the next high ground. |

| 1 | Rotate the circle so that the green icon is glowing. Throw the green rock in the cauldron. |
| 2 | Rotate the circle towards the blue icon and throw the blue rock in the cauldron. |
| 3 | Rotate the circle to the left until the purple icon is glowing and throw the purple rock inside the cauldron. Avoid rotating it towards the yellow icon. |
| 4 | Rotate the circle to the right until the blue icon is glowing and throw the blue rock inside the cauldron. Avoid rotating it towards the yellow icon. |
| 5 | Rotate the circle to the right until the yellow icon is glowing and throw the yellow rock inside the cauldron. Avoid rotating it towards the blue icon. |
| 6 | Rotate the circle to the right until the purple icon is glowing and throw the purple rock inside the cauldron. Avoid rotating it towards the blue icon. |
| 7 | Rotate the circle to the right until the green icon is glowing and throw the green rock inside the cauldron. Avoid rotating it towards the blue icon. |

Activate Team Barrier at the start of the battle to avoid getting damaged while heading for cover. Make sure to upgrade Peach's Movement Range at the maxminum amount and put one Skill Prism on Glide Boost as this allows her to move around better and attack the enemies at close-range. |
