Go to the indicated area. A Darkmess Puddle can be seen on a patch of sand. Interact with it to start the quest.
2 Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope - Atoll of Darkmess Reach the Designated Area.png
Wipe out enemies as you get to the designated area to complete the quest.
