starburst is S, insane for bosses. Exosphere is severely underrated, should be A. Same with regenesis. Oozer Master is a great disabler, can lock out enemies from attacking and be a decoy. Electrodash Edge absolutely terminates bosses, especially with starburst. I would put it in A, MAYBE even S. Also yeah, glitter area dash rabbid mario is to good. And ethering has no balancing. Also, gust is not as good as the tier list says it is. Splash is so much better.

This is kinda ignoring that every Spark has a secondary passive ability. I usually have 1 Spark that I'm definitely going to use (like an elemental attack/dash) and 1 Spark that's mostly there for the passive. Like Vampdash is always equipped on my Edge because even if I'm not using it, it gives 35% move damage; similarly Vampastra's made even better for having 30% crit, Glitter and Oozer Master are made better by having 30% weapon damage, etc.
