1 | Reach The Winter Palace and use Beep-0's Wave ability to enter. After meeting with Captain Orion, abolish the Puddle in the Palace Entry Hall. |
2 | A Cold Greeting (Battle Quest) Prioritize taking down the Sea Stooges as they are very agile and will Dash towards you before attacking. Be sure to take cover as their splash effect attacks can easily throw you out of bounds. Note: The Sea Stooges are weak against shock, while Scopers are weak against burn. Additionally, beating this Quest unlocks the Spark Pyrogeddon! |
3 | Proceed to the Ballroom and activate the first statue by heading east. Placing the green triangle piece to its rightful place will clear the first Mystery of the Constellation. Note: Instead of avoiding the enemies, it is recommended to take defeat as much as you can in order to navigate the maze safely on the way back and while carrying the triangle piece. |
Step-by-Step Guide | |
---|---|
4 | Next, head back to the Ballroom and activate the second statue to solve the next mystery by heading west. From there, proceed to the only door forward and immediately turn right upon entry. From there, you will be led to a hallway that has cracked walls surrounded by ice. |
5 | Look for three cracked wall panels that are next to each other and use Beep-0's Wave ability to tear through them. Enter the one that will reveal a secret door. |
6 | Lastly upon entry of the secret door, turn left and use Beep-0's Wave once more to the cracked wall. |
7 | From there, activate the final statue to finally solve the Mystery of the Constellation! |
8 | Head back to the Ballroom, activate the switch overlooking the Ballroom, then proceed to the central door by folllowing the constellation pattern above. Note: You will be facing the first Spark Hunter boss of the game, so heal up if needed! |

Midnite Library (Battle Quest) This first stage is surrounded by Squashers and Flamin' Stooges. Take them out first by using ooze and splash skills respectively so no one can get in the way between your Heroes and Midnite! Note: Be careful when you are within Midnite's range as she can teleport and weaken your party. |
10 |
The second phase of the battle will consist mostly of Bob-ombs and Lone Wolves. Dash towards Bob-ombs and throw them to Lone Wolves until you reach Midnite. Note: Lone Wolves can snipe you if they detect movement within their range, so be sure to always take cover and make use of elevations. |
11 |
The third phase consist mostly of Bob-ombs, Lone Wolves, and Squashers. Be sure to utilize Team Jumps in order to get to Midnite faster. Having Luigi to your party will be highly beneficial as his range can take out pesky snipers. Note: Don't forget to heal up before pressing onwards! |
12 |
After taking down Midnite, Rabbid Rosalina will join your party and you will receive the second Purified Darkmess Energy Crystal allowing you to move to the next Planet! Note: Multiple Side Quests will be unlocked at this point. It is recommended to complete them first and explore Pristine Peaks first before moving on. |
