Description | Aims to control parts of the Battlefield using area attacks and by spawning Darkmess Rabbid Mechakoopas. | |
Darkmess Bowser's Attacks and Abilities |
Darkmess Bowzooka: Fires on projectile that explodes, dealing area damage around the target.
Darkmess Rabbid Mechakoopas: Summons 3 Darkmess Rabbid Mechakoopas to chase the closest foe and explode on contact. If a foe moves in close - BOOM! Dash x1: Dashes and damages a target within range. |
While Darkmess Bowser's Bowzooka and Mechakoopas can do a great amount of damage to multiple targets, effectively using cover when attempting to get close to Bowser will severely reduce the amount of damage you receive from these attacks. Staying within mid-range of Darkmess Bowser will not only lessen the effectiveness of his rabbid Mechakoopas, but also make it difficult for him to escape your attacks.
Step-by-Step Guide | |
---|---|
1 | The King of Darkmess (Battle Quest) Get to Darkmess Bowser by chaining Team Jumps alongside jump pads. Be sure to Dash toward nearby Goombas if they are within range. Once you're close enough to Darkmess Bowser, instead of using the pipes to attack him from behind, use Glitter's ability to get Darkmess Bowser closer to you and attack him from there. Note: Bowser will join you in battle alongside your party. |
2 | Magikoopas are resistant to all elemental attacks and will enhance the strength of their allies, including Darkmess Bowser. Make sure to get rid of Magikoopas if attacking Darkmess Bowser is not possible. |
3 | Darkmess Bowser has the same capabilities as Bowser, Including his signature ability Mechakoopas. By staying out of their range and attacking them from a distance you can clear a path to Darkmess Bowser while attacking the surrounding enemies in the area. |

Bowser | Exosphere | Bowser will join this fight by default and should be used as a tank to draw enemy fire. His Bowzooka and Mechakoopas can be used to take out multiple enemies at once. Investing the Skill Prisms to get the Demolisher skill will allow you to attack Darkmess Bowser consistently, even when he is hiding behind cover. |

Rabbid Peach | Regenesis | Darkmess Bowser's full-on assault can prove to be taxing. As such, Rabbid Peach's Heal Signature Ability, combined with the Regenesis and Pulser will help you keep your allies healthy. We recommended investing Skill Prisms in Rabbid Peach's Healing Jump skill, allowing you to get closer to Darkmess Bowser while healing allies. |

As Cursa is the result of the Megabug absorbing galactic debris over time, it possesses the memories of the Megabug and can form a copy of Bowser as a result of once controlling him. Although Darkmess Bowser is just a copy of Bowser made from Darkmess, he is just as dangerous as the real thing.
