Aquanox infuses your Hero's weapon with the Splash Super Effect and deal certain damage based on the Spark's level. Use this effect to deal extra damage to enemies that are weak to Splash such as Wildclaws.
In addition, the Hero that has activated this Spark is not affected by Splash Super Effect and damage to other Super Effects are reduced by a certain percent.
What Does the Splash Super Effect Do?
You obtain Aquanox automatically after completing the battle quest, Light Your Fire. This battle quest appears as part of the Come Rain or Shine main story quest.

I completed this quest but aquanox spark never appeared. I completed the quest on top of the lighthouse but nothing happened. I received the green toxic spark but that was it, never saw aquanox and the darkness is still on top of the lighthouse. Any idea what I should do to move forward?
