Whether or not Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope is Amiibo compatible has not yet been confirmed. However, its predecessor, Kingdom Battle, did offer support for Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Yoshi Amiibos, so there is a possibility for Amiibo support in the future.
Ubisoft has announced that Ubicollectible figurines for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope will be avaialble for purchase. Figurines for Rabbid Mario and Rabbid Peach have been confirmed, and each figurine comes with a code that unlocks a weapon skin for that character.

You can scan your favorite Amiibo figures by letting it touch the Switch's NFC Touchpoint. You can refer to the image above to know where it is on your joy-con or pro controller.
