Interact with the Darkmess Puddle to start the battle quest.

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope - In Full Gloom Step 2
Use Zephyrquake to push most of the enemies away from the path leading to the required area.

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope - In Full Gloom Step 3
Use Team Jumps to reach the required area to complete the side quest. Use Heroes that have a large area of movement to reach the area quicker.
