| 1 |  For the Palette Prime Main Quests, players can choose to start either Off-Color or The Fallen King. To begin Off-Color, speak with Woodrow near the ship. From there, follow the path leading to the Spellbound Woods Entrance. It will be blocked off first by the battle quest, A Ghostly Sunset |
| 2 |  A Ghostly Sunset (Battle Quest) Defeat all 13 enemies comprised of Flamin' Stooges and Ghostly Walkers. Note that Ghostly Walkers have the ability to move around invisibly during their turn, making them immune from skills like Hero Sight! Note: Ghostly Walkers are weak to frostbite while Flamin' Stooges are weak against splash. |
| 3 | Once you enter Spellbound Woods, the path ahead will be blocked. Use Beep-0's scanning ability on the yellow footsteps to lead you to a ladder. Climb up and use the Darkmess Egg on the Darkmess Eye to clear the path. Note: The Spellbound Woods are filled with secrets, like how you can pass through the bushes next to the ladder. Take the time to explore and find bonus items! |
| 4 |  From the teleport point head to the path to the west, where there should be a green triangle puzzle blocking the path. Make a U-turn and head to the rock with the yellow symbol on it. |
| 5 | Using Beep-0’s scan abilities, the rock will point you to the left where there will be a pipe behind some bushes. Enter the pipe. |
| 6 |  Upon exiting the pipe, there will be Ghostly Walker nearby. Follow it as it moves forward, until you see a pipe leading upwards at the other end. Enter that pipe. |
| 7 |  On top of the plateau, use Beep-0’s scan ability at the center to reveal a crate of leaves. Push the crate of leaves off the cliff to where the green triangle button should be. |
| 8 |  Head down the ladder and place the crate on top of the green triangle button. The path forward will open. Head there. |
| 9 |  Follow the trail of coins past the large tree that’s on top of a small waterfall until you are blocked by a Darkmess Eye. |
| 10 |  Turn around and follow the path that goes behind the large tree that’s on top of a small waterfall and enter the pipe that’s headed upward on the other end. |
| 11 |  Once up there, turn to the left and you should find a Darkmess Egg behind the big tree. Use that on the Darkmess Eye to clear the path. Shortly ahead will be the next challenge, Forest Rush. |
| 12 |  Forest Rush (Battle Quest) Don't let the number of enemies intimidate you! Simply chain your team jumps alongside the use of jump pads to reach the goal. |
| 13 |  After completing Forest Rush follow the path ahead, rounding the bend until you reach a cutscene showing the well with the Giant Darkmess Tentacle in it. Enter the abandoned well. |
| 14 |  Enter the pipe to the far left of the abandoned well. |
| 15 |  On the 1st lower level after entering the pipe, players must get the green triangle. Directly on the ledge before going down the ramp to the right, use the scan ability to reveal a ladder. Go down this ladder. |
| 16 |  The Darkmess Egg will be nearby. Get the Egg then destroy the Darkmess Eye on the right. This will open up the path to get the green triangle. |
| 17 |  Bring the green triangle to the upper floor. The slot for it will be to the right after using Beep-0’s scan ability to reveal a bridge. |
| 18 |  On the next lower level, head down another ladder and use Beep-0’s scan ability to cross the bridge. Players will be tasked to find a yellow square this time. Enter the pipe to the right. |
| 19 |  You will see a ring of coins once you exit the pipe. Use Beep-0’s scan ability here to reveal the yellow block. Pick it up and deliver it to the upper level to clear the path. |
| 20 |  Head to the lower level to find the next battle, Roots of Corruption. |
| 21 |  Roots of Corruption (Battle Quest) Defeat the Darkmess Taproot by attacking all the Darkmess Eyes at once. Having the Spark Zephyrquake in your party is recommended as its Shockwave Gust ability can attack multiple targets within a large range. |
| 22 |  Afterwards, you will need to survive for five turns in order to reach the bottom. Use the jump pads to move from both ends of the map to avoid melee enemies. |
| 23 |  After completing the survival round there will be another challenge on the lower level. Players must clear out three different Darkmess Taproots by destroying three Darkmess Eyes per mound. Note that the three eyes must be destroyed within the same turn otherwise they will regenerate and players will have to attack them again. |
| 24 |  After taking down all Darkmess Taproots, you will receive the second Purified Darkmess Energy Crystal allowing you to move to the next Planet! Note: Multiple Side Quests will be unlocked at this point. It is recommended to complete them first and explore Palette Prime first before moving on. |
