Nine playable Hero characters in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope (Mario Rabbids 2) will join your adventure in defeating the Darkmess and saving the Sparks. There are a total of nine playable hero characters in the game, including some beloved characters from the franchise like Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, and their Rabbid equivalents. Only one hero in the roster is completely new to the franchise, Edge, a tough, blade-wielding Rabbid.

How to Unlock Hero Characters

Progress through the Main Story

Most of the Heroes will be available to use immediately after completing the first few tutorial levels. However, three of them need to be unlocked by progressing through the story and completing Main Quests. They are usually unlocked after defeating a major boss in the game.
