| Steps to proceed through Freeze in Your Tracks | |
|---|---|
| 1 |  Use the Rabbid-like pipes to quickly move around the area. Avoid getting close to the Deep Freezes as their area-wide attack can inflict Frostbite. Frostbite prevents your Hero from moving for one turn. |
| 2 |  If you need to defeat a Deep Freeze, equip a Hero with the Pyrostar Spark and activate its skill before attacking. The enemies are weak to Burn so this is usually a guaranteed one-hit KO. |
| 3 |  There is a chance that you may get surrounded by two Deep Freezes in one area if you rush in, so it is best to clear out the area before moving on to the next. You can throw the Bob-ombs towards the Deep Freezes to inflict additional damage. |

You can use Mario as a secondary attacker as his weapon can hit or target two enemies in one turn. Activate Hero Sight whenever you can to inflict extra damage to a moving Deep Freeze. Alternatively, you can use Toxiquake's skill to inflict damage three times and poison the enemy. |

Complete Come Rain or Shine Main Story Quest
You unlock Freeze in Your Tracks after completing Come Rain or Shine and landing on Pristine Peaks for the first time.
Freeze in Your Tracks is the first battle quest you encounter as part of the Cold Mouth of the Mountain main story quest.
