Activating Regenesis gives you regenerating health for the next 2 turns. Use this on tanky Heroes such as Rabbid Mario and Bowser to ensure survivability in battles.

In addition, the Spark also increases the Hero's maximum HP by a certain percent depending on the Spark's level.

How to Unlock Regenesis

Complete Hide N' Squeak Side Quest

You obtain Regenesis after completing the side quest, Hide N' Squeak. This side quest unlocks after completing Cold Mouth of the Mountain main story quest.
