This guide will show you how to use the Switchblade, a Melee weapon in The Last of Us Part II. You'll also be able to find out other information, such as how to find this weapon, and more.

The Switchblade is automatically used by Ellie when performing melee attacks while holding no other melee weapon. It also allows Ellie to kill Clickers when in stealth, while Abby would use up a Shivs to do so.
The Switchblade is found at the beginning of the game when you first play as Ellie. You cannot advance without picking it up so there is no chance of missing it. It will be located on the dresser next to the door.
