A Quick Turn can be done by pressing down on your left analog stick and then pressing the X button. The Quick Turn is a simple, yet effective trick that you can do to quickly maneuver your camera 180 degrees.

Quick Turn to Retreat

Quick Turn can help you perform faster escapes if you ever get spotted by hunters or the infected. This way, you can create some distance from the enemy and prepare for the situation. Knowing how to use this trick beforehand is important, so be sure and practice a bit before trying to implement it.

You can use Quick Turn in different situations where you have to quickly turn your camera around instead of panning slowly, which takes more time.
