During Shinra's attack at the Pillar of Sector 7 in Chapter 12, Cloud will find Biggs severely wounded. As he speak his last words, Biggs asks a favor to Cloud, which the player has to respond by choosing between two answers.

How Should You Answer Biggs?

Your answer to Biggs will not affect the story in any way. It will not affect the resolution that you will get in Chapter 14 either.
