A weapon that shows its true strength when you're fighting at a disadvantage
While it has pretty bad magic attack, this weapon's strength lies in its ability to get guaranteed critical hits on enemies when Aerith has low HP. This weapon will be most effective if you are planning on controlling Aerith while she has it equipped.
Prioritize upgrading all of the Critical Hit Rate / Damage skills first, as well as the low HP ones. Afterwards, get the luck stat upgrades. Following that, get the remaining magic attack upgrade buffs, then the materia slots and remaining skills as you see fit.
