How to Get the Magnify Materia
FF7 Remake Picked up in Chapter 9 (Collapsed Expressway) in the Sector 6 Slums.
INTERmission DLC #1: Complete the Happy Turtle Side Quest.
#2: Score 10,000 Points on the SOLDIER Training difficulty of Shinra Box Buster.

First playthrough here. Missed it in chapter 9, picked it up in chapter 13.

yes - duh it was the SAME EXACT THING in the original FF7 - why are you fucking surprised if you want your spells to affect multiple foes you need to link it to materia that does that - otherwise they're single target abilities.
