Can I skip the "optional" chapter 18 bike mini game on hard mode to complete the chapter on hard mode?
Yeah you would think Nomura of all people would have included a little something for 100%-ing his game
Awww wish they had a small preview for what's coming up in the next few parts for new players like me. Would've been nice to have a small reward for 100% too
Wow, they weren't kidding about Hard Mode. It sounds insane, but I guess a completionist like me will just have to buckle up and enjoy the ride

Anyone actually planning to keep a separate save with the 1st playthrough only progress to avoid making your part 2 party too OP?
Its not, you can select a chapter to replay and it will ask you which difficulty you want to play
Its mostly managing mp and rwtoeting hp. Relying on hp restoeing abilitirs is so taxing to the atb bar.
The changes to not be able to use items changed the game so much.

No trophy for assessing all enemies? Square, u sick or something?
Maybe we can add exclusive bossfights but only for hard mode. (Namely, pride and joy)
It is not fixed to hard mode, you get a choice to navigate chapters and difficulties.
Summary of what you should do for the post game. Clear the game ASAP. Switch to easy mode, max your levels, get all gears, switch to hard mode, clear all levels, clear all simulations.
Is the new game plus fixed to hard mode or nah?
