Near the Open Bath in Kol

Similar to Dragon Quest 1 and 3, the Faerie Flute can be found at a Sparkly Spot near the open baths in Kol. However, this time around, you will need to progress the story until you meet the Firstborn Protector and he accidentally drops the flute near the baths.
