How to Beat Atlas
First Encounter
- Use the Kabuff and Attack Attacker Combo
- Dazzle Atlas
- Use Soul Asylum and Insulatle in the Second Phase
- Use Demon-Effective Abilities
Use the Kabuff and Attack Attacker Combo
During your first encounter with Atlas, the best strategy to use is the Kabuff and Attack Attacker combo. Kabuff raises your team’s defense, while Attack Attacker deals damage and has a chance to lower Atlas’s Attack, effectively debuffing him at the same time.
Best Spells and Abilities Tier List
Dazzle Atlas
Atlas is vulnerable to Dazzle, so you can cast the Dazzle spell to inflict this status on him. Once it’s applied, you can perform the combo above more safely and more frequently for consistent offensive damage.
Dazzle Effect and Level Learned
Use Soul Asylum and Kaclang in the Second Phase
Once Atlas drops below half health, he becomes more aggressive and will begin charging attacks that can potentially one-shot your entire party. To prevent this, use both Kaclang and Soul Asylum, as these spells greatly increase your survivability, especially Soul Asylum since it renders your team invincible for 7 turns.
Use Demon-Effective Abilities
Once you're well protected and ready to deal damage, you can use demon-effective abilities such as Demon Demeanor to inflict significant damage against Atlas.
Use Rough 'n' Tumble with the Cannock Royals
Another ability you can use with the Cannock siblings is Rough ’n’ Tumble. This allows them to avoid attacks, increasing their survivability in combat.
Second Encounter
- Use Brownie Boost and Kabuff
- Use Soul Asylum When Atlas Charges
- Use Demon Demeaner Again to Deal Damage
Use Brownie Boost and Kabuff
In your second encounter with Atlas, Kabuff alone won’t be enough to ensure survivability. It’s recommended to also use Brownie Boost, as it further increases the party’s defenses throughout the battle.
Use Soul Asylum When Atlas Charges
If you see Atlas charging again, the only option is to use Soul Asylum. This makes your party invincible for 7 turns, but be sure you have enough MP, as it costs 70 per use.
What Does the MP Stat Do and How to Recover Mana
Use Demon Demeaner Again to Deal Damage
Most of the combat is similar to the first encounter, so you can use the same strategy to defeat Atlas the second time. When ready to go on the offensive, use Demon Demeaner again to deal massive damage. The Princess of Moonbrooke can also contribute to offense, so make sure to equip the Duplic Hat to allow her to hit twice.
