Resilience helps reduce the amount of damage your character takes from enemy attacks. It's calculated along with your armor's Defence stat, making both important for survival.

Leveling up is one of the best ways to raise Resilience. As you gain levels, you’ll also earn points in Resilience along with other stats.

EXP Farm: How to Level Up Fast

Use Seeds of Resilience

Other than leveling up, you can also use a Seed of Resilience to boost Resilience. Use it on your frontliners, such as the Prince of Midenhall or the Prince of Cannock, to increase their defensive stat and help them tank more during combat.

You can try farming Seeds of Resilience by acquiring drops from specific enemies or using the Dig ability to find seeds.
