What Does HP Do?

Life Points of Each Character

HP or Health Points indicates a character's overall health in combat. With every damage taken, HP decreases, and if it drops to zero, the character will die.

How to Increase HP

Level Up

HP can be increased by simply leveling up. The more you level up, the more HP you gain, so make sure to farm EXP whenever possible to boost your HP.

Use Seeds of Life

You can also use a Seed of Life to increase a character's base HP. Since these seeds are limited, it's best to use them on party members who take the most hits, such as the Prince of Midenhall or the Prince of Cannock.

You can also give a Seed of Life to the Princess of Moonbrooke to make her less squishy. This helps her stay alive longer in battle, allowing her to cast more spells and heal the party when needed.

You can try farming Seeds of Life by acquiring drops from specific enemies or using the Dig ability to find seeds.

How to Recover HP

Rest at an Inn

You can rest at an inn to recover HP. This is one of the quickest ways to restore health, and one stay can fully heal all party members.

Inns are available in most towns, so head to the nearest one whenever you need to recover.
