The strongest Souped-Up Skill in the remake are Divide, Gritty Ditty, Magic Burst, and Backhander. Divide and Gritty Ditty are top-tier buffs that stack with Oomph and Egg On, letting you scale damage to absurd levels.
For attacks, Magic Burst, Backhander, and Cleaner Sweep stand out for their sheer power. Lightning Storm counts as a spell, so it works with Duplic Hat for repeated casts, making it great for deleting small groups or fishing for paralysis.

The Prince’s strongest souped-up skills are Backhander, Gritty Ditty, and Muster More Strength. Backhander has the highest physical multiplier aside from Martyr’s Barter, letting him deal massive damage when you stack multiple buffs. Gritty Ditty and Muster More Strength each occupy different buff slots from Oomph, so stacking all of them creates huge attack spikes.

Martyr’s Barter hits extremely hard (7.5×), but missing the HP threshold causes it to fail. Without Focus Pocus, it can’t activate unless HP drops below 50%, making it needy and tricky to set up.
Soul Asylum gives the entire team invincibility for two turns, which is clutch during high-damage boss phases. It does cost 70 MP, so you’ll want to save it for moments that actually matter.

Prince of Cannock’s strongest souped-up skills are Magic Burst and Divide. Magic Burst deals extremely high damage, especially when paired with buffs such as Channel Anger and Spooky Aura to push it toward the 9,999 cap.

Blade of Ultimate Power is ideal for Metal Slime hunting, often hitting Liquid Metal Slimes and finishing them in one blow. Brownie Boost regenerates MP each turn and reduces incoming damage, making it perfect for long boss fights.
Achilles’ Wheel lowers enemy defense and damage resistance, but its role can be replaced by Sap or Spooky Aura. Since physical attacks stop scaling after three Sap stacks, and Magic Burst damage caps reliably with Channel Anger or Spooky Light, there are very few situations where Achilles’ Wheel is essential.

Cleaner Sweep and Big Banga are her strongest souped-up skills. Cleaner Sweep is ideal against single targets, while Big Banga hits every enemy. Unlike Lightning Storm, Big Banga cannot be looped using Duplic Hat or Twocus Pocus.

The Fight Fantastic boosts everyone’s attack power and stacks with Gritty Ditty, working similarly to the War Drum item. Zingslinger is a full-party revive that restores all allies to full HP, making it invaluable when you need a hard reset during dangerous fights.
