When Should You Use Seeds?
Use Seeds as Soon as You Get Them
It's recommended to use seeds as soon as you can so that you get the immediate power boost. Just remember to use the seeds on the character who benefits the most from the stat boost so that you don't waste them.

Save Before Using Seeds
As a note, you should save before using seeds since the amount of bonus stats gained is random. If you want to maximize the character's stat gains, you can reload a save so you can try to roll the max stat boost from using a seed.
