How to Beat the Sinister Minister
Apply Defensive Buffs
The Sinister Minister uses a combination of powerful physical and magical attacks. To minimize the damage the party takes, it's recommended to have Kabuff and Magic Barrier active throughout the fight.
All Buffing Spells and Abilities
Spam Demon Demeaner
To quickly take down the boss, it's recommended to use the Prince of Midenhall as your main attacker so you can spam Demon Demeaner. Make sure to keep him alive and buff him up to quickly win the fight.
Demon Demeaner Effect and Level Learned
Focus Down the Sinister Minister
The only real threat in this fight is the Sinister Minister. It's recommended to focus on taking them down first and ignoring the Grimlins, so that you don't have to risk anyone getting killed.
However, make sure that the party is wearing Rousing Rings so that they aren't put to sleep by the Grimlins. With that on, you can completely ignore the other enemies.

Stay Above Around 200 HP
Depending on the Sinister Minister's targeting, a party member can go down in one turn if they're low on HP. To prevent this from happening, it's recommended to keep all of your party members above 200 HP.
