How to Beat Twisted Sister and Mummy Deerest
Defeat the Gremlins First
Twisted Sister and Mummy Deerest are accompanied by two weak Gremlins, which you can focus on first since they pose no threat. Defeat them first, then focus on the main two bosses after.
Focus on the Twisted Sister
Twisted Sister should be your priority to defeat, since she can target the entire party with her spells while also healing the damage dealt to her allies.
You can also use Fizzle to force her to rely on her basic attacks instead.

Use Buff
While focusing on Twisted Sister, make sure to use Buff as well, since Mummy Deerest can deal huge damage and can even paralyze a teammate if you're not careful.

Use Cock-a-Doodle-Doo to Cure Paralysis
In case an ally gets hit with paralysis, you can use Cock-a-Doodle-Doo to cure them. It's recommended to cure paralysis if someone gets hit, since the recovery time can take a while.
