How to Beat the Succubeast

Wear Anti-Confusion Equipment

The Succubeast has multiple attacks that can apply confusion. This can quickly derail the fight if multiple members get affected, so it's recommended to have everyone wear anti-confusion equipment, like Rings of Clarity.

Ring of Clarity Stats and How to Get

Apply Defensive Buffs

During the fight, you'll have to worry about both physical and magical attacks from the boss. To minimize the damage that the party takes, it's recommended to maintain both Kabuff and Magic Barrier throughout the fight.

As a note, it's recommended to prioritize Kabuff first since the Succubeast's physical AoE attack is stronger than her magical one.

All Buffing Spells and Abilities

Spam Flying Knee

Since the Succubeast is a flying enemy, the Prince of Midenhall's Flying Knee is an extremely effective attack. He alone has enough damage to take down the boss, so the rest of the party should aim to support him.

Flying Knee Effect and Level Learned

Stay Above at Least 150 HP

Depending on the moves that the boss uses, they can deal massive damage to the entire party. To prevent anyone from getting KO'd, even with defensive buffs applied, it's recommended to keep everyone above 150 HP.
