Ocean Floor: East of Lighthouse

Zoom to the Lighthouse and board your ship. Sail east to the marked location on the map, then submerge to the ocean floor to find the first Living Memory.
Ocean Floor: South of Isle of the Monarch of Medals

Next, Zoom to the Isle of the Monarch of Medals and board your ship. Sail south until you reach the Living Memory's location on your map, then dive beneath the waves to collect it from the seabed.
Ghost Ship
The Ghost Ship moves around constantly, so its location may diffe, but it will always appear on your map. Board the ship and make your way to the bow. Be ready for a fight with Octavian, the boss guarding this Living Memory.
Octavian is a powerful foe best tackled during the post-game, so make sure your party is well-prepared before taking him on.
Ocean Floor: Northwest of Rubiss Shrine

Zoom to Rubiss Shrine and set sail northwest. The Living Memory can be found at the marked spot on your map. Submerge your ship to reach it.
Ocean Floor: Southeast of Mermaid Sanctuary

Zoom to the Mermaid Sanctuary and board your ship. Sail southeast into the depths where the Living Memory is located.
You’ll need the repaired Lorelei’s Harp to access the deeper ocean area where this one rests.
Northern Sea Lord's Lair

To unlock this area, free the prisoner in Dirkandor by using the Ultimate Key on the locked building. He’ll reveal the locations of the two Lords of the Deep.
The sixth Living Memory is in the Northern Sea Lord’s Lair. Fast travel to the Faerie Palace, head outside, and sail southeast to reach the lair. You’ll face Helliphantes here, defeat it to obtain the Living Memory. Helliphantes is extremely strong and is best challenged during the post-game.
Southern Sea Lord's Lair

The final Living Memory is in the Southern Sea Lord’s Lair. Fast travel to the Shrine of Flames, sail east, and enter the lair. Prepare for a battle with Abysmeralda before claiming the last Living Memory. Abysmeralda hits very hard and is recommended to fight in the post-game.
How to Start Collecting Living Memories
Talk to the Record-Keeper in the Faerie Palace
Once you reach the Faerie Palace, go upstairs and speak to the Record-Keeper in the circular corridor.
She’ll explain the 7 Living Memories, and their locations will then appear on your map after a short cutscene.
Rewards for Collecting All 7 Living Memories
Multiheal Scroll
You’ll receive the Multiheal Scroll as a reward for collecting all 7 Living Memories. This scroll teaches Multiheal, a powerful healing spell that restores a large amount of HP to all party members.

Passage to Cave of Confusion
After collecting all 7 Living Memories, the passage to the Cave of Confusion will unlock in the post-game. Enter through the well in the Cave of the Dwarves, located south of Rimuldar.
This is an extremely difficult dungeon where you cannot teleport out, so only attempt it once your party’s levels are around the high 80s to low 90s.

You must complete the Cave of Confusion to unlock the True Ending, making this dungeon a mandatory step for those who want to see the full story unfold.
